Fully automatic welding ensures high weld strength and smooth, uniform joints. The streamlined fork mouth and integrated structure with the rear wheel bracket significantly increase the truck’s overall load capacity. A 4.25mm thick steel plate adds durability, while the fork tip features an arrow-shaped indicator for positioning. The fork area distributes force evenly to resist deformation.
The built-in chip automatically records operating data and supports an intelligent monitoring system. Smart power reminder alerts operators when battery level is low. Low-voltage protection slows down travel speed when remaining capacity drops below 10%, reminding the user to recharge. If the truck is left on after use, the smart sleep mode automatically cuts power to protect the battery and extend battery life.

Electromagnetic braking is standard. Axle load (front/rear, loaded): approx. 4319/1140 kg for ET15 and 497/1142 kg for ET20. Empty axle load: front 103–115 kg, rear 30–34 kg depending on model and configuration.
Minimum ground clearance at wheelbase center: 30mm. Wheelbase: 1128mm (ET15) / 1128mm (ET20). Fork outer width options: 550mm or 685mm.
For a pallet size of 800×1200mm (lengthwise), required aisle width (Ast) is 2013mm. The compact design allows efficient operation in narrow spaces.
