Engineered for heavy-duty material handling, this manual pallet truck delivers 2000kg to 3000kg rated load with reinforced structure. Key upgrades include a one-piece hydraulic pump (AC/BF type) with 36-month warranty, 8 grease nipples for critical joints, 90cm reinforced rib seamless welded to the fork, and an integrated fork–rear frame bearing hole. The arc-shaped fork resists deformation, while the low profile design (85mm lowered height) and 195mm max lift ensure smooth pallet entry in tight spaces.

Hydraulic System & Durability Features

The pump unit adopts integrated casting to eliminate leakage. A clearly marked oil filling port simplifies maintenance. The 36-month warranty on the pump reflects long-term reliability. For mechanical lubrication, 8 strategically placed grease fittings extend service life. The fork features an arrow design for load positioning and is seamlessly merged with the rear wheel frame’s bearing hole.

Fork & Reinforced Structure

Arc-shaped fork (streamlined) distributes stress evenly, preventing permanent deformation. The 90mm thick reinforcement rib is attached without gaps and segment-welded to boost stability and carrying capacity. Fork thickness is 51mm, each fork width 160mm, with overall fork widths of 550mm or 685mm available.
