The QT2 series features a fully automated robotic-welded fork frame that delivers high welding strength with smooth, uniform weld points. The one-piece fork incorporates a 90 mm reinforced steel bar seamlessly integrated into the fork carriage, significantly improving stability and load-bearing capacity under maximum loads. The 4.25 mm thick steel plate enhances load capability and resists deformation under heavy-duty operations. The streamlined fork tip and integrated fork-rear leg structure distribute forces evenly across the fork arms. The ergonomic handle provides intuitive control of travel direction and speed, reducing operator fatigue during extended shifts.
The QT2 series is powered by a 48 V lithium-ion battery equipped with a dedicated Battery Management System (BMS) that monitors cell voltage, temperature, and state of charge in real time. The BMS actively balances cells during charging and enables smart charge/discharge control, extending battery cycle life and ensuring operational safety. Battery capacity is available in 10 Ah (QT-W15) and 15 Ah (QT-W20) configurations, with battery weights of 4.55 kg and 5.7 kg respectively. External chargers are available in 3 A (QT-W15) and 5 A (QT-W20) options.
The proprietary integrated power supply system runs both the drive motor and the weighing function from a single battery source.
