The QT2 series electric pallet truck delivers 1,500kg to 2,000kg rated load capacity with a 600mm load center distance. Equipped with intelligent BMS battery management, low-voltage protection, auto sleep mode, and a quick-swap battery system. The reinforced fork frame features 4.25mm thick steel plate, fully automatic welding, and an integrated fork-rear leg structure. Service weight ranges from 145kg to 147kg, with a compact turning radius of 1,353mm and 48V lithium-ion battery system.

Intelligent Battery Management System

The QT2 series integrates a smart Battery Management System (BMS) that continuously monitors voltage, current, and temperature in real time. When battery level drops below 10%, travel speed automatically reduces to alert the operator for timely recharging. If the unit is left powered on after use, the auto sleep function automatically shuts down the vehicle to preserve battery health and extend overall service life. The intelligent charge/discharge control optimizes battery cycles and ensures operational safety.

Quick-Swap Battery System

The battery box is designed for rapid exchange – simply unplug a single cable to remove the battery pack. The battery supports direct on-board charging, portable charging, or external charging, offering maximum flexibility for multi-shift operations. This quick-swap design minimizes downtime and keeps your logistics workflow running continuously.

Reinforced Fork Frame & Structural Integrity

The QT2 series incorporates a fully automatic welded fork frame that delivers high welding strength with smooth, uniform weld points. The 4.25mm thick steel plate significantly enhances load capability and resists deformation under heavy loads. The streamlined fork tip and integrated fork-rear leg structure distribute forces evenly across the fork arms. An arrow-shaped tip design provides visual alignment guidance for precise pallet entry. The one-piece fork includes a 90mm reinforced steel bar seamlessly integrated to improve stability and carrying capacity.
