The QT-W15 and QT-W20 electric pallet trucks integrate a high-precision weighing system with powerful material handling capabilities, merging transport and weight data capture into a single machine. Available in two capacity options – 1,500 kg (QT-W15) and 2,000 kg (QT-W20) – both models share a 600 mm load center distance, 1,197 mm wheelbase, and a compact 1,353 mm turning radius for excellent maneuverability in narrow aisles. The integrated weighing system achieves ±0.1% FS accuracy with 0.1 kg resolution, powered by four built-in high-sensitivity sensors and a smart control unit. Total length is 1,565 mm with overall width options of 550 mm or 685 mm, and service weight is 145 kg for QT-W15 and 147 kg for QT-W20.

Integrated Power Supply – One Battery, Two Functions

The QT-W series features a patented integrated power supply system that runs both the truck and the built-in scale from a single battery. No separate battery or external wiring is required for the weighing function, eliminating multi-battery management complexity, uneven charge levels, and the risk of forgetting to charge the scale. The shared 48V lithium battery system is available in 10 Ah (QT-W15) and 15 Ah (QT-W20) capacities.

Patented Curved Fork Design & Structural Reinforcements

The arc-shaped fork profile incorporates a unique patented design that enhances structural strength and improves load distribution. The streamlined contour increases torsional rigidity and reduces fork deformation under heavy loads, extending service life while maintaining weighing accuracy. Fork dimensions are 55 mm thick × 160 mm wide × 1,150 mm long, with outer fork spacing options of 550 mm or 685 mm. Fully automatic welding on chassis components and a one-piece fork structure with reinforced steel further improve durability and load capacity.

Intelligent System & Smart Monitoring

The intelligent control system features chip-automated recording and real-time monitoring capabilities. Low-voltage protection automatically reduces travel speed when battery level drops below 10%, reminding operators to recharge promptly. An intelligent sleep mode automatically powers down the vehicle if left unused, protecting the battery and extending service life. The integrated lithium-ion battery with smart BMS provides real-time state monitoring, intelligent charge/discharge control, and enhanced operational safety.
