The QT-W15 and QT-W20 electric pallet trucks combine a reinforced fork frame with a unified power supply for both drive and weighing functions. Rated loads are 1500 kg (QT-W15) and 2000 kg (QT-W20), with load centers at 600 mm. The integrated battery system eliminates separate weighing batteries, reducing management complexity. Key advantages include fully automatic welding on chassis components, 4.25 mm thick steel plate for increased durability, and a streamlined fork tip with indicator design.

Structural Reinforcements & Chassis Design

Fully automatic welding ensures consistent joint strength and smooth finish. The fork arm and rear wheel bracket form a one-piece structure, improving load capacity. Flow‑shaped fork tips distribute stress evenly and resist deformation, while the arrow‑shaped tip provides visual positioning guidance.

One Power Source for Dual Functions

The proprietary integrated power system supplies both truck operation and the electronic scale from the same battery. No separate battery or wiring needed for the weighing function, preventing mismatched charge levels and battery management clutter.
