The QT15 and QT20 electric pallet trucks combine robust construction with intelligent design. Key features include a fully welded one-piece frame, ergonomic handle, 90mm reinforced fork integrated seamlessly, and lithium-ion battery with smart management system. Rated capacities: 1500 kg (QT15) and 2000 kg (QT20) at 600 mm load center. Compact turning radius of 1353 mm and aisle stack width from 1687 mm ensure excellent manoeuvrability in tight warehouses.

Technical Specifications Overview

Both models share a 1197 mm wheelbase, 85 mm lowered fork height, and polyurethane wheels. The QT15 offers 550 mm overall width, while QT20 provides 685 mm for wider pallets. Travel speeds reach up to 5.2 km/h empty, with gradient ability of 6% loaded and 20% unloaded. Drive motor power ranges from 0.85 kW (QT15) to 1.0 kW (QT20), and lift motor is 0.5 kW on both. Battery options: 48V/10Ah (QT15) and 48V/15Ah (QT20).

Chassis & Fork Construction

The fully automated welding process delivers high joint strength and smooth, even beads. A 90 mm reinforced steel section is integrated seamlessly into the fork, enhancing stability and load support without weak points.

Lithium-Ion Battery with Smart BMS

The intelligent management system monitors real-time battery status, controls charging and discharging cycles, and improves operational safety. Available chargers: 3A for QT15, 5A for QT20.

Ergonomics & Manoeuvrability

The contoured handle reduces operator effort, allowing precise direction and speed control. Aisle stack width for 1000x1200 mm pallets (1000 across forks) is 1718 mm; for 800x1200 mm pallets (1200 across forks) it is 1687 mm.
