The QT15/20 series electric pallet truck delivers rated load capacities of 1500 kg (QT15) and 2000 kg (QT20), with a 600 mm load center distance and a compact 1353 mm turning radius. Built with a 4.25 mm thick steel plate fork carriage, full-automatic welding technology, and a streamlined integrated fork-rear leg structure, these models combine structural rigidity with operational efficiency for warehouse logistics. The 85 mm lowered fork height and polyurethane wheels ensure stable performance in narrow aisles and confined spaces.

Reinforced Fork Carriage & Chassis Construction

The reinforced fork carriage features a ribbed design that prevents bending and fatigue under heavy loads. Full-automatic welding delivers smooth, consistent weld beads with high joint strength, eliminating weak points across the chassis. The one-piece fork tip and rear leg integrated structure significantly increases overall chassis rigidity. The 4.25 mm steel plate exceeds standard thickness for this equipment class, directly improving load margin and long-term durability. Uniform stress distribution at the fork tip prevents localized deformation even after repeated heavy lifts. The QT15/20 series features an intelligent control system with embedded sensors that monitor load weight, slope angle, and travel speed. On gradients up to 6%, the system automatically adjusts torque to prevent rollback, ensuring safe operation on ramps. The gradeability reaches 6% under full load and 20% when empty. The integrated drive assembly consolidates motor, gearbox, and wheel into a single compact unit, reducing installation space requirements while improving reliability.
