One-Battery Dual-Power System – Integrated Weighing Electric Pallet Truck

One-Battery Dual-Power System – Integrated Weighing Electric Pallet Truck

This electric pallet truck combines a patented integrated power supply with a built-in high-precision weighing system, eliminating the need for separate scale batteries or external wiring. Available in 1,500 kg and 2,000 kg rated load models, the system delivers ±0.1% FS weighing accuracy with 0.1 kg resolution, powered by four built-in high-sensitivity sensors. The single 48V lithium battery powers both truck operation and the electronic scale, solving multi-battery management issues and uneven charge levels.

Integrated Power Supply – One Battery, Two Functions

The proprietary integrated power supply system runs both the drive motor and the weighing function from a single battery source. No separate battery or external wiring is required for the scale. This design eliminates the complexity of managing multiple batteries, the risk of forgetting to charge the scale separately, and the problem of uneven charge distribution across different power sources. The shared lithium battery system is available in 10 Ah (1,500 kg model) and 15 Ah (2,000 kg model) capacities. Operators can weigh goods directly during transport, saving time and eliminating the need for fixed weighing stations.

High-Precision Weighing – 0.1 kg Accuracy

The weighing system is equipped with four high-precision sensors that deliver ±0.1% FS accuracy, which translates to full-scale error of one-thousandth. The system responds rapidly to load changes, minimizing errors from uneven weight distribution. The 0.1 kg readability supports fine load measurement for warehouse inventory, shipping verification, and production feeding applications. Even when operating on uneven floors or when the load is not centered, the system maintains consistent accuracy.

Weighing Accuracy & Sensor Configuration

Four high-precision sensors are integrated into the fork structure, delivering ±0.1% FS accuracy (full-scale error of one-thousandth). The system provides 0.1 kg readability for fine load measurement. The rapid response mechanism minimizes errors from uneven weight distribution and load shifts. The integrated power supply shares the truck's battery, eliminating separate scale batteries or external wiring. Dual front wheels and polyurethane tires ensure stability on uneven floors.

Operational Efficiency & Workflow Integration

The weighing function eliminates separate trips to a floor scale, allowing operators to weigh goods directly during transport. Real-time weight data supports inventory control, shipping verification, and process documentation. The compact chassis and responsive controls reduce operator fatigue while improving throughput in busy logistics environments. With a right-angle stacking aisle width as low as 1,687 mm (800×1,200 mm pallet, 1,200 mm across forks), the truck operates efficiently in narrow warehouse layouts.
