The AC/BF-S series is a best-selling manual pallet truck in its class, designed with reinforced steel construction at key stress points for long-lasting durability. Available in load capacities of 2000kg, 2500kg, and 3000kg, with fork widths of 550mm or 685mm and fork lengths of 1150mm or 1220mm. The unique curved fork profile enhances load support. Dual pressure relief options (manual lever and foot pedal) allow simple, tool-free lowering.
Heavy-duty handle, reinforced C-shaped fork made of thick steel, forged components on lift linkage arms and push rods – all contribute to extended service life in demanding environments. The streamlined curved fork is a patented design that improves structural strength under load.
Operators can choose between two lowering methods: a manual relief lever for immediate release with a simple grip, or a foot-operated pedal for hands-free control. Both provide smooth, controlled lowering of the forks.
All models feature a minimum fork height of 85mm, a raised height of 110mm, and a maximum lift of 195mm. Overall truck height is 1215mm, single fork width 160mm, fork thickness 51mm, ground clearance at wheelbase center 30mm. Turning radius ranges from 1380mm to 1450mm depending on fork length. PU and nylon wheel options available with weight variations as listed below.
