The EWPS1200/1500 series is a high-performance electric walkie pallet stacker designed for narrow aisle operations. With rated capacity of 1200kg or 1500kg and 600mm load center, this model ensures powerful lifting and durable construction. The一体成型 welded frame provides impact resistance, while safety features include wheel guards and electromagnetic braking. Lifting height up to 3000mm (3457mm max mast height) and compact turning radius of 1400mm enable efficient stacking in tight spaces.
Full-body integrated welding technology enhances structural rigidity and protects internal components from external shocks. Polyurethane tires (drive wheel: Ø210x70, load wheel: Ø80x70, balance wheel: Ø125x60) ensure low rolling resistance and long service life. Travel speed reaches 4 km/h (loaded) and 4.5 km/h (unloaded), with lifting speed of 120 mm/s loaded and 200 mm/s empty. Max climbing ability is 5% with load and 8% without load.
Electromagnetic brake provides instant stopping. The MOSFET controller ensures smooth acceleration and energy efficiency. Low noise operation below 70 dB(A). The 2x12V/100Ah battery (27kg or 30kg per unit) supports full-shift operation. Free lifting height is not available on standard mast configuration.
