QT15/20 Series Electric Pallet Truck – Engineered for Narrow Aisles and Ramped Environments

QT15/20 Series Electric Pallet Truck – Engineered for Narrow Aisles and Ramped Environments

The QT15/20 series electric pallet truck delivers rated load capacities of 1500 kg (QT15) and 2000 kg (QT20), with a 600 mm load center distance and a compact 1353 mm turning radius. Built with a 4.25 mm thick reinforced steel frame and full-penetration automatic welding, the integrated fork and rear leg structure ensures structural rigidity under maximum loads. The patented arc-shaped fork design enhances torsional strength and load distribution, enabling stable operation on gradients up to 6% loaded and 20% unloaded. Equipped with polyurethane wheels (front 160×55, rear dual 80×70) and an integrated drive assembly combining motor, gearbox, and wheel into a single unit, the series achieves travel speeds of 4.0–5.2 km/h and lift heights of 115 mm. The lithium-ion battery system (48V/10Ah for QT15, 48V/15Ah for QT20) with intelligent BMS provides real-time monitoring and smart charging.

Patented Curved Fork Design for Reinforced Load Bearing

The unique arc-shaped fork profile represents a patented structural innovation that significantly increases torsional strength and optimizes load distribution across the fork arms. This streamlined design improves under-clearance and allows the truck to handle uneven pallets and ramp transitions without permanent deformation. The one-piece fork tip and rear leg casting, combined with 90 mm reinforced steel integration, maximizes overall chassis rigidity and resists deformation under high-frequency operations. Arrow indicators on the fork provide intuitive directional guidance for operators.

Integrated Drive Assembly – Compact and Powerful

The drive wheel adopts an integrated design that consolidates the motor, gearbox, and wheel into a single compact unit. This integration reduces installation space requirements while improving overall system compactness and reliability. The drive motor delivers 0.85 kW (QT15) or 1.0 kW (QT20) of power, converting electrical energy into mechanical drive with high efficiency. The powerful AC drive motor ensures effortless ramp climbing, with gradeability of 6% under full load and 20% unloaded. Dual-wheel rear tires (polyurethane 80×70) and front wheel size 160×55 provide low rolling resistance and stable traction across various floor conditions.

Aisle Stacking Dimensions

Right-angle stacking aisle requirements: 1718 mm for 1000×1200 mm pallets (1000 mm across forks) and 1687 mm for 800×1200 mm pallets (1200 mm across forks). Handle height is adjustable from 820 mm to 1150 mm for operator comfort across different user heights.

Application and Operational Benefits

Embedded sensors monitor load weight, slope angle, and travel speed, automatically adjusting torque on gradients to prevent rollback. The responsive steering and reduced tiller force enable precise positioning in aisles as narrow as 2000 mm. The AC drive motor delivers up to 15% longer shift life per charge, reducing total cost of ownership. The compact chassis and patented curved fork design ensure safe handling of 1500 kg or 2000 kg loads in confined logistics hubs, cold storage facilities, and cross-dock terminals.
