The QT2 series electric pallet truck delivers 1500kg to 2000kg rated load capacity with a 600mm load center distance. Equipped with an IP65-rated weighing display and high-brightness LED screen, the unit ensures clear visibility under intense light. The reinforced fork frame features 4.25mm thick steel plate, fully automatic welding, and an integrated fork-rear leg structure. Service weight ranges from 145kg to 147kg, with a compact turning radius of 1353mm and 48V lithium-ion battery system.

Reinforced Fork Frame & Structural Integrity

The QT2 series incorporates a fully automatic welded fork frame that delivers high welding strength with smooth, uniform weld points. The 4.25mm thick steel plate significantly enhances load capability and resists deformation under heavy loads. The streamlined fork tip and integrated fork-rear leg structure distribute forces evenly across the fork arms. An arrow-shaped tip design provides visual alignment guidance for precise pallet entry. The one-piece fork includes a 90mm reinforced steel bar seamlessly integrated to improve stability and carrying capacity. The new ergonomic handle allows intuitive control of direction and speed.

IP65 Weighing Display & High-Brightness LED Screen

The high-precision weighing indicator features IP65-rated waterproof and dustproof protection, making it suitable for cold storage, wet environments, and other challenging conditions. The large LED display presents numbers with high contrast, ensuring clear readability even under direct sunlight. The weighing system supports multiple functions including pre-tare, manual tare, weight checking, and net/gross weight switching. The waterproof membrane keyboard with 17 functional keys provides reliable operation in demanding warehouse environments.

Lithium-Ion Battery & Intelligent Management System

The 48V lithium-ion battery system incorporates an intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) that monitors voltage, current, and temperature in real time. Smart charging and discharging control extends battery cycle life and ensures operational safety. The lightweight battery design (4.55kg for QT-W15, 5.7kg for QT-W20) enables quick swapping and reduces downtime. External charger options include 3A for QT-W15 and 5A for QT-W20.

Operational Dimensions & Maneuverability

With a compact turning radius of 1353mm, the QT2 series navigates narrow warehouse aisles with ease. Right-angle stacking aisle width for 1000×1200mm pallet (1000mm across forks) is 1718mm; for 800×1200mm pallet (1200mm across forks), aisle width is 1687mm. The unit features 1 drive wheel plus 4 support wheels, with polyurethane tires providing smooth operation and floor protection. Fork overhang from driver face to fork vertical face measures 402mm. The 115mm lift height and 85mm minimum fork height enable efficient loading and unloading of standard pallets.
