The ES Series electronic scale pallet truck integrates a high-accuracy onboard weighing system directly into a heavy-duty hydraulic lifting platform, enabling simultaneous material transport and real-time weight data capture. Designed for narrow aisles and complex operational environments, this series supports rated loads from 2,000kg to 3,000kg with a weighing accuracy of ±0.1% full scale and 0.1kg readability. Available in fork widths of 550mm or 685mm and fork lengths of 1,150mm or 1,220mm, with a low starting height of 85mm and a maximum lift height of 200mm. The integrated digital scale operates on a 3.7V/2Ah rechargeable battery providing up to 100 hours of continuous use. The unit weight ranges from 102kg to 105kg depending on configuration.

The hydraulic unit is available with AC pump or BF pump options, featuring a one-piece casting design that effectively prevents oil leakage. An oil fill port is conveniently positioned for quick and easy maintenance access. The hydraulic system is backed by a 36-month warranty period, reflecting confidence in long-term durability and reliability. Eight strategically placed grease nipples on critical mechanical joints facilitate routine lubrication, ensuring smooth operation of all moving parts and significantly extending service life.

Weighing System Performance

The ES Series employs four high-precision load cells positioned at the fork endpoints to deliver reliable weight measurements. The system achieves accuracy of ±0.1% of full scale, with readability down to 0.1kg for fine load measurement. The large backlit LCD display shows weight instantly and supports kilograms or pounds with functions including tare, gross/net weighing, and cumulative totalization. The scale operates on a rechargeable battery providing up to 100 hours of continuous use.

Maneuverability and Stability in Confined Spaces

With a compact chassis and turning radius as tight as 1,380mm, the ES Series delivers excellent maneuverability in confined spaces such as narrow aisles, truck trailers, and congested loading docks. The standard dual-wheel configuration increases contact surface area, ensuring even force distribution and stable, effortless pushing and pulling even under full load. The 180×50mm polyurethane steering wheel, mounted on a high-strength cast steel yoke, delivers improved load capacity and extended service life. Four 80×70mm nylon load rollers ensure smooth movement on uneven floors. The minimum fork height of 85mm allows easy entry under standard pallets.
