The QT2 series electric pallet trucks (models QT-W15 and QT-W20) feature fully automatic welded reinforced fork frames with 4.25mm thick steel plate, integrated fork and rear leg structure, and a streamlined fork tip design. Load capacities range from 1500kg to 2000kg, with a compact turning radius of 1353mm and 48V lithium-ion battery system equipped with intelligent BMS. The一体式货叉 includes 90mm reinforced steel bar for superior stability. Maximum travel speed reaches 5km/h when loaded, and gradeability is 6% with full load.
Full automatic welding ensures high joint strength and smooth, uniform weld points. The streamlined fork tip and integrated fork-rear leg structure significantly increase overall truck load capacity.
4.25mm thick steel plate enhances load capability. The fork tip area distributes forces evenly to resist deformation, and the arrow-shaped design provides operational guidance.
Integrated 90mm thick steel bar seamlessly installed with the fork increases stability and load bearing. Ergonomic handle grip allows easy control of direction and speed.
