The QT-W15/20 series integrates a high-precision weighing system directly into an electric pallet truck, combining material transport and weight data capture in a single machine. Available in two models – QT-W15 (1,500 kg rated load) and QT-W20 (2,000 kg rated load) – the series features a 600 mm load center distance, 1,197 mm wheelbase, 85 mm minimum lowered fork height, 115 mm lift height, and a compact 1,353 mm turning radius. Total length is 1,565 mm, with overall width options of 550 mm or 685 mm. Service weight is 145 kg (QT-W15) and 147 kg (QT-W20). The integrated weighing system achieves ±0.1% FS accuracy with 0.1 kg resolution, powered by four built-in sensors and a smart control unit.

Integrated Power Supply – One Battery, Two Functions

The QT-W series features a patented integrated power supply system that runs both the truck and the built-in scale from a single battery. No separate battery or external wiring is required for the weighing function. This eliminates multi-battery management complexity, uneven charge levels, and the risk of forgetting to charge the scale. The shared 48V lithium battery system is available in 10 Ah (QT-W15) and 15 Ah (QT-W20) capacities.

Patented Curved Fork Design

The arc-shaped fork profile incorporates a unique patented design that enhances structural strength and improves load distribution. The streamlined contour increases torsional rigidity and reduces fork deformation under heavy loads, extending service life while maintaining weighing accuracy. Fork dimensions are 55 mm thick × 160 mm wide × 1,150 mm long, with outer fork spacing options of 550 mm or 685 mm.

Weighing System Accuracy

Four high-precision built-in sensors work with a dedicated smart control unit to deliver weighing accuracy of ±0.1% FS, with a resolution of 0.1 kg. The system provides real-time weight feedback during transport operations, enabling operators to capture precise load data without interrupting workflow. Automatic zero tracking and overload protection ensure consistent performance.

Narrow-Aisle Stacking Dimensions

For 1,000 × 1,200 mm pallets with the 1,000 mm dimension across forks, the right-angle stacking aisle width is 1,718 mm. For 800 × 1,200 mm pallets with the 1,200 mm dimension across forks, the aisle width is 1,687 mm. These compact dimensions enable efficient operation in dense warehouse layouts and narrow storage aisles.

Operational Noise Level

Sound pressure level at the driver's ear remains below 70 dB(A) for both models, contributing to reduced operator fatigue during extended shifts. Dual rear wheels provide lateral stability during turns.
