The EWPS 1200/1500 series electric pallet stacker delivers a rated load capacity of 1200 kg or 1500 kg with a 600 mm load center and a maximum lift height of 3000 mm. The compact turning radius of 1400 mm and right-angle stacking aisle width of 2244 mm (for 1000×1200 mm pallet) enable efficient operation in confined warehouse spaces. The unit is equipped with a 0.75 kW drive motor, a 2.2 kW lifting motor, and a 2×12V / 100Ah battery system. Travel speed reaches 4.0 km/h loaded and 4.5 km/h unloaded, with lifting speeds of 120 mm/s loaded and 200 mm/s empty. The reinforced channel steel mast and heavy-duty chassis with 8-10 mm plate thickness ensure minimal mast sway even at full lift height.

The mast utilizes standard C+H channel steel, delivering exceptional rigidity under heavy loads. The chassis incorporates 6 mm steel plates for the split-frame design, while fork legs combine 6 mm and 16 mm thickness for reinforced durability. The piano paint finish provides corrosion resistance for long-term reliability in demanding environments. Safety wheel guards and an electromagnetic braking system are integrated into the design, ensuring controlled stops and secure operation. The noise level is maintained below 70 dB(A), making it suitable for noise-sensitive workplaces.

The EWPS series features a dual-speed mode that automatically engages crawl speed when the forks are vertical, enhancing safety during precise positioning in tight spaces. Adjustable balance wheels improve stability across different floor conditions. The ergonomic handle design includes a turtle button, NFC sensing area, lock release, horn, lift/lower controls, forward/reverse knob, and emergency stop switch for intuitive operation. A multifunctional display with battery discharge indicator and hour meter provides real-time operational data. The polyurethane wheels (drive wheel: Φ210×70 mm, load wheels: Φ80×70 mm, balance wheel: Φ125×60 mm) ensure low rolling resistance and extended service life.

The ergonomic handle design reduces operator fatigue during extended shifts. With a gradeability of 5% loaded and 8% unloaded, the stacker performs reliably on inclines and loading docks. The 24V battery system with 100Ah capacity supports full-shift operation. Free lift is not applicable on the standard mast configuration.
