The QT15 and QT20 electric pallet trucks deliver rated loads of 1500kg and 2000kg respectively, with a 600mm load center distance and a compact 1353mm turning radius. Built with a 4.25mm thick steel plate fork carriage, full-automatic welding technology, and a streamlined integrated fork-rear leg structure, these models combine structural rigidity with operational efficiency for warehouse logistics. The 85mm lowered fork height and polyurethane wheels ensure stable performance in narrow aisles and confined spaces.

Structural Advantages – Built for Durability

The reinforced fork carriage features a ribbed design that prevents bending and fatigue under heavy loads. Full-automatic welding delivers smooth, consistent weld beads with high joint strength, eliminating weak points across the chassis. The one-piece fork tip and rear leg integrated structure significantly increases overall chassis rigidity. The 4.25mm steel plate exceeds standard thickness for this equipment class, directly improving load margin and long-term durability. Uniform stress distribution at the fork tip prevents localized deformation even after repeated heavy lifts. An arrow indicator on the fork throat provides clear directional guidance, helping operators align forks with pallets quickly and reducing positioning errors.

Wheel and Tire Configuration

Aisle Stacking Dimensions

For 1000×1200mm pallets with 1000mm across forks, the right-angle stacking aisle (AST) is 1718mm. For 800×1200mm pallets with 1200mm across forks, the AST is 1687mm. The handle height is adjustable from 820mm to 1150mm for operator comfort.

Operational Characteristics

The QT15 and QT20 deliver gradeability of 6% with full load and 20% without load, enabling reliable performance on ramps and dock levellers. The compact chassis and responsive steering allow precise positioning in aisles as narrow as 2000mm. Loaded axle load for QT15 is 114.5kg front and 117kg rear.
