QT15/20 Series Electric Pallet Truck – Engineered for Narrow Aisles and Ramp Operations

QT15/20 Series Electric Pallet Truck – Engineered for Narrow Aisles and Ramp Operations

The QT15/20 Series electric pallet truck delivers rated load capacities of 1500 kg (QT15) and 2000 kg (QT20), with a compact 1353 mm turning radius and 6% gradeability under full load and 20% when empty. The power unit motor serves as the core drive, converting electrical energy into mechanical energy. A patented curved fork design significantly increases torsional strength and load distribution. The reinforced frame is constructed with 4.25 mm thick steel plate and full-penetration automatic welding. Equipped with sensors and control systems, this series adapts to complex environments including narrow aisles and slopes.

Patented Curved Fork Design – Unique Reinforcement for Load Bearing

The arc-shaped fork profile (streamlined structure) is a patented reinforcement that improves under-clearance and operational stability. This design allows the truck to handle uneven pallets and ramp transitions without permanent deformation, extending service life in high-frequency operations. The reinforced fork carriage features a ribbed design that prevents bending and fatigue under heavy loads. Full-automatic welding delivers smooth, consistent weld beads with high joint strength.

Power Unit Motor – The Core Drive System

The power unit motor functions as the “heart” of the pallet truck, delivering robust and consistent drive performance across varying load conditions. The intelligent control system with embedded sensors monitors load weight, slope angle, and travel speed. On gradients up to 6%, the system automatically adjusts torque to prevent rollback, ensuring safe operation on ramps.

Operational Dimensions & Maneuverability

The QT15/20 Series is designed for confined logistics environments. The 85 mm lowered fork height and polyurethane wheels ensure stable operation in narrow warehouses. Right-angle stack aisle width for 1000×1200 mm pallet (1000 across forks) is 1718 mm. For 800×1200 mm pallet (1200 across forks), the aisle width is 1687 mm. Handle height is adjustable from 820 mm to 1150 mm. Rear track width is 390 mm.

Wheel and Tire Configuration

Both models are equipped with polyurethane tires for low rolling resistance and floor protection. Front tires measure 160×55 mm, while rear tires feature a dual-wheel 80×70 mm polyurethane configuration. The wheel configuration is 1x+/4 (one drive wheel plus four load wheels) for both models.

Application Adaptability

The QT15/20 Series handles narrow aisles, ramps, and demanding warehouse environments with precision and reliability. Embedded sensors monitor load weight, slope angle, and travel speed. The system automatically adjusts torque on gradients up to 6%, preventing rollback. The compact chassis and curved fork patent ensure safe handling of 1500/2000 kg loads in confined logistics hubs, cold storage, or cross-dock terminals.
