The QT2 series electric pallet truck combines a fully automatic welded reinforced fork frame with a quick-swap battery system for uninterrupted warehouse operations. Available in 1500kg (QT-W15) and 2000kg (QT-W20) rated load capacities with a 600mm load center distance. The chassis features 4.25mm thick steel plate construction, integrated fork and rear leg structure, and a streamlined fork tip design. Service weight ranges from 145kg to 147kg with a compact 1353mm turning radius. The lithium-ion battery system enables rapid battery exchange by disconnecting a single cable – the battery can be charged directly in the unit, carried out for external charging, or swapped with a spare for continuous operation.
Full-automatic welding delivers high welding strength with smooth, uniform weld points across the entire chassis. The 4.25mm thick steel plate significantly enhances load capability and resists deformation under heavy loads. The streamlined fork opening and integrated fork-rear leg one-piece structure distribute forces evenly across the fork arms, greatly increasing the truck's overall承载 capacity. An arrow-shaped fork tip design provides visual alignment guidance for precise pallet entry. The one-piece fork includes a 90mm reinforced steel bar seamlessly integrated to improve stability and carrying capacity.
The lithium-ion battery system features a quick-disconnect single-cable interface for rapid battery removal. The battery box supports three charging options: direct charging while installed in the truck, portable removal for off-unit charging, or external charging with a spare battery. The intelligent battery management system provides real-time status monitoring, smart charge/discharge control, and enhanced operational safety. With the ability to swap batteries in seconds, operations can continue without extended downtime – ideal for multi-shift warehouse environments.
