This electric pallet truck delivers rated loads of 1500kg (QT-W15) and 2000kg (QT-W20), built with a 4.25mm thick steel fork carriage, fully automatic welding for consistent seam strength, and an integrated fork-rear leg structure that significantly increases overall chassis rigidity. The quick-swap battery system allows the operator to unplug a single cable and lift the battery out in seconds—the battery box supports direct charging, portable charging, or external charging. With a compact 1353mm turning radius and 85mm lowered fork height, this unit is engineered for narrow warehouse aisles and high-frequency material handling operations.

Reinforced Fork Carriage – Built for Heavy-Duty Cycles

The fork carriage features a ribbed reinforcement design that prevents bending and fatigue under repeated heavy lifts. Full-automatic welding delivers smooth, uniform weld beads with high joint strength, eliminating weak points commonly found in manual welding processes. The 4.25mm thick steel plate exceeds standard industry thickness for this equipment class, providing additional load margin and long-term durability. The streamlined fork tip integrates with the rear wheel leg into a single solid piece, creating a unified load path that distributes stress evenly across the entire chassis. An arrow-shaped indicator on the fork tip provides clear visual guidance, helping operators align forks with pallets quickly and reducing positioning errors in tight spaces. The full sheet-metal front frame adds extra protection for internal components.

Quick-Swap Battery System – Minimal Downtime

The battery system is designed for maximum operational efficiency. A single cable connection allows the operator to disconnect and lift the battery out in seconds. The battery box supports multiple charging methods: direct charging while installed in the truck, portable charging after removal, or external charging at a dedicated station. This flexibility enables continuous operation across multiple shifts—operators can swap a depleted battery for a charged unit in under one minute and return the truck to service immediately. The 48V battery system is available in 10Ah (QT-W15) and 15Ah (QT-W20) configurations. Battery weight is 4.55kg for the 10Ah unit and 5.7kg for the 15Ah unit. The charger is rated at 3A for the 10Ah battery and 5A for the 15Ah battery.

Performance and Maneuverability

The QT2 Series delivers travel speeds of 4.0/5.0 km/h (loaded/unloaded) for the 1500kg model and 4.5/5.2 km/h for the 2000kg model. Welding and Frame Construction

The entire front frame and fork assembly are manufactured through a fully automated welding process. This method produces consistent, smooth weld seams with high structural integrity, eliminating weak points commonly found in manual welding. The full sheet-metal front frame is stamped without welded-on patches, increasing torsional stiffness. Each weld bead is visually uniform, reducing local stress concentration. The integrated fork throat and rear wheel bracket distribute stress evenly across the whole structure.

Fork Design – Streamlined and Deformation-Resistant

The fork tips feature a streamlined design with an arrow-shaped indicator that serves as both a visual guide and a functional element for load positioning. Arrow-shaped fork tips allow quick visual alignment under pallets, cutting entry time. Even load distribution along the 4.25mm steel plate prevents permanent deformation after repeated heavy lifts. The streamlined fork opening reduces friction when entering damaged or warped pallets. The fork tips are engineered to resist localized bending or twisting even under rated load conditions.

Aisle Stacking Dimensions
