The ES Series electronic scale pallet truck integrates a high-accuracy onboard weighing system with heavy-duty hydraulic lifting, delivering real-time weight data during routine material flow operations. Designed for narrow aisles and complex environments, this series supports rated loads from 2,000kg to 3,000kg with weighing accuracy of ±0.1% full scale and 0.1kg readability. The patented arc-shaped fork profile reinforces load capacity and prevents deformation under heavy use. Available in fork widths of 550mm or 685mm and fork lengths of 1,150mm or 1,220mm, with a low starting height of 85mm and lift height up to 200mm. The integrated scale operates on a 3.7V/2Ah rechargeable battery with low-voltage alarm, and the unit weighs between 102kg and 105kg depending on configuration.

Weighing System Performance

The ES Series employs four high-precision load cells positioned at the fork endpoints to deliver reliable weight measurements. The system achieves accuracy of ±0.1% of full scale, with readability down to 0.1kg for fine load measurement. The digital display supports kilograms or pounds, with functions including tare, gross/net weighing, and cumulative totalization. The scale operates on a 3.7V/2Ah rechargeable battery providing up to 100 hours of continuous use. An optional digital printer allows each weighing result to be automatically accumulated and saved for internal record keeping, shipping documents, and proof of compliance.

Patented Arc-Shaped Fork Design

The unique arc-shaped fork profile represents a patented structural innovation that significantly increases torsional strength and optimizes load distribution across the fork arms. This patented reinforcement allows the truck to handle uneven pallets and ramp transitions without permanent deformation, extending service life in high-frequency operations. The streamlined curved design reduces entry resistance and increases bending strength compared to straight forks.
