This electric pallet truck combines a high-strength reinforced fork carriage with an integrated precision weighing system. Built with 4.25mm thick steel plate, fully automatic welding, and a streamlined one-piece fork-rear leg structure, the unit delivers rated load capacities of 1500kg and 2000kg. The integrated weighing system features four built-in high-precision sensors with ±0.1%FS accuracy and 0.1kg resolution. The quick-swap 48V lithium-ion battery system supports direct, portable, or external charging. With a compact 1353mm turning radius and 85mm lowered fork height, this truck is engineered for narrow warehouse aisles and high-frequency material handling operations.

Reinforced Fork Carriage – Structural Integrity

The fork carriage features a ribbed reinforcement design that prevents bending and fatigue under repeated heavy lifts. Full-automatic welding delivers smooth, uniform weld beads with high joint strength, eliminating weak points commonly found in manual welding processes. The 4.25mm thick steel plate exceeds standard industry thickness for this equipment class, providing additional load margin and long-term durability. The streamlined fork tip integrates with the rear wheel leg into a single solid piece, creating a unified load path that distributes stress evenly across the entire chassis. An arrow-shaped indicator on the fork tip provides clear visual guidance, helping operators align forks with pallets quickly and reducing positioning errors. The full sheet-metal front frame adds extra protection for internal components.

Integrated Weighing System – High-Precision Measurement

The truck integrates four high-sensitivity sensors directly into the fork structure, delivering rapid response with ±0.1%FS (full scale) accuracy. The weighing system shares the truck’s main battery, eliminating separate scale batteries or external wiring. This single-battery design reduces management complexity and ensures the scale is always operational when the truck is powered on. Weighing resolution reaches 0.1kg, enabling precise load verification during picking, shipping, and inventory control operations. The system is ready to use without additional setup, wiring, or standalone components.

Quick-Swap Battery System – Minimal Downtime

The battery system is designed for maximum operational efficiency. A single cable connection allows the operator to disconnect and lift the battery out in seconds. The battery box supports multiple charging methods: direct charging while installed in the truck, portable charging after removal, or external charging at a dedicated station. This flexibility enables continuous operation across multiple shifts—operators can swap a depleted battery for a charged unit in under one minute and return the truck to service immediately. The 48V lithium-ion battery system is available in 10Ah (QT-W15) and 15Ah (QT-W20) configurations. Battery weight is 4.55kg for the 10Ah unit and 5.7kg for the 15Ah unit. The charger is rated at 3A for the 10Ah battery and 5A for the 15Ah battery.

Performance and Maneuverability

The truck delivers travel speeds of 4.0/5.0 km/h (loaded/unloaded) for the 1500kg model and 4.5/5.2 km/h for the 2000kg model. Lift speed reaches 15/22 mm/s (loaded/unloaded), with lowering speeds of 50/46 mm/s. Gradeability is rated at 6% with full load and 20% unloaded. The compact 1353mm turning radius and 1197mm wheelbase allow efficient operation in confined warehouse spaces. Minimum ground clearance at the wheelbase center is 30mm.
