The ES Series weighing pallet truck integrates a high-accuracy onboard weighing system with heavy-duty hydraulic lifting, delivering real-time weight data during routine material flow operations. Designed for narrow aisles and complex environments, this series supports rated loads from 2,000kg to 3,000kg with weighing accuracy of ±0.1% full scale and 0.1kg readability. The patented arc-shaped fork profile reinforces load capacity and prevents deformation under heavy use. Available in fork widths of 550mm or 685mm and fork lengths of 1,150mm or 1,220mm, with a low starting height of 85mm and lift height up to 200mm.

Superior Maneuverability – Compact chassis with turning radius as tight as 1,380mm ensures excellent maneuverability in confined spaces such as narrow aisles and truck trailers. The dual-wheel configuration with widened contact area reduces rolling resistance and provides stable, effortless pushing and pulling even under full load.

Climbing Assist Wheel – The integrated climbing assist wheel system enables effortless handling on ramps and inclines. This feature prevents bottoming out during push-pull operations on sloped surfaces, delivering more ergonomic and user-friendly control.

Weighing System Performance

The ES Series employs four high-precision load cells positioned at the fork endpoints to deliver reliable weight measurements. The system achieves accuracy of ±0.1% of full scale, with readability down to 0.1kg for fine load measurement. The digital display supports kilograms or pounds, with functions including tare, gross/net weighing, and cumulative totalization. The scale operates on a 3.7V/2Ah rechargeable battery providing up to 100 hours of continuous use. An optional digital printer allows each weighing result to be automatically accumulated and saved for internal record keeping, shipping documents, and proof of compliance.

Hydraulic Unit & Pump System

The hydraulic pump is available in AC pump or BF pump configurations, featuring a one-piece leak-proof casting design that prevents oil leakage. The pump unit is backed by a 36-month warranty period. An oil fill port is conveniently positioned for easy maintenance and fluid top-up. Eight strategically placed grease fittings at critical connection points enable convenient mechanical lubrication, significantly extending service life and reducing maintenance downtime.

Dual Wheel Design & Steering System

The standard dual-wheel configuration with widened contact area increases contact surface area, ensuring even force distribution and stable, effortless pushing and pulling. The 180×50mm PU steering wheel, mounted on a high-strength cast steel yoke, delivers improved load capacity and extended service life. The 80×70mm nylon load wheels with dual-wheel configuration ensure low rolling resistance and smooth operation on various floor surfaces.

Climbing Assist Wheel – 30° Incline Capability

The ES Series features an integrated climbing assist wheel system that enables effortless handling on ramps and slopes. This design prevents bottoming out during push-pull operations on inclined surfaces, delivering more ergonomic and user-friendly control in warehouses with ramped loading areas. The climbing assist wheel is engineered to handle gradients effectively, ensuring stable operation when transitioning between floor levels or navigating dock ramps.

Fork Geometry & Clearance

Each fork measures 160mm in width and 51mm in thickness, with a center ground clearance of 30mm. The minimum fork height of 85mm allows easy entry under standard pallets. The arrow-shaped tip design provides visual guidance during pallet entry, while the integrated bearing hole structure connecting the fork to the rear wheel frame enhances overall rigidity.
