This manual pallet truck combines an ergonomic rubber-coated handle with a 90° wide swing angle for fast lifting and adjustable lowering speed. Available in 2000kg, 2500kg, and 3000kg rated load capacities. Fork length options: 1150mm or 1220mm. Fork width options: 550mm or 685mm. Minimum fork height: 85mm. Maximum lift height: 195mm. One-piece cast hydraulic pump (AC or BF type) with 36-month warranty. 90cm thickened reinforcement rib with segmented welding. 8 grease nipples at critical connection points. Turning radius: 1380-1450mm. Overall truck height: 1215mm.

Ergonomic Handle Design

The rubber-coated handle provides a comfortable anti-slip grip, reducing hand fatigue during frequent pushing and pulling operations. The 90-degree wide swing angle enables fast lifting speed while the lowering speed is adjustable for precise load control. Three operation modes are available: first gear for pressure release, second gear neutral, and third gear for boosting – ensuring safe operation when lowering heavy loads.

Hydraulic Unit & Pump Configuration

The hydraulic system is available in AC pump or BF pump configuration, featuring a one-piece casting design that effectively prevents oil leakage. An oil filler port is conveniently positioned at the top of the pump casing for easy fluid top-ups without disassembling components. The pump maintains a working pressure rating of 16MPa and delivers a lifting speed of 0.12m/s under full load. The entire hydraulic system carries a 36-month warranty covering material defects and workmanship.

Lubrication & Maintenance System

Eight grease nipples are strategically placed at critical connection points including the handle hinge, lift cylinder mount, linkage arms, and wheel axle brackets. These lubrication points enable regular greasing using standard manual or pneumatic grease guns, significantly extending the service life of bushings, pins, and bearings while maintaining consistent steering and lifting performance.

Fork Design & Structural Reinforcement

The arc-shaped fork features a streamlined contour that distributes load stress evenly across the entire fork length, preventing permanent deformation under rated capacity conditions. An arrow-shaped tip on each fork arm provides visual load positioning guidance for operators, improving engagement accuracy with pallets. The fork arms are directly integrated with the rear wheel frame bearing housings through a single-piece casting process, eliminating welded joints that could create stress concentration points. A 900mm continuous reinforcement rib runs along the underside of each fork arm, increasing the section modulus at the critical bending zone. The rib thickness measures 6mm with a height of 45mm. The rib is integrated into the casting process, ensuring consistent material grain structure and eliminating weld-induced residual stress.
