This electric pallet truck delivers a reinforced one-piece fork with 90 mm thickened steel, fully automated robotic welding for uniform high-strength joints, and a lithium-ion battery with an intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) that monitors real-time status and enables smart charge/discharge control. Available in rated load capacities of 1,500 kg and 2,000 kg with a 600 mm load center distance, the truck achieves a travel speed of up to 5.2 km/h unloaded and a gradeability of 6% under full load.

Integrated One-Piece Fork Construction

The fork features a seamless integrated design where 90 mm thickened steel reinforcement is mounted directly to the fork body without additional bolts or weak joints. This monobloc construction significantly increases bending resistance and torsional rigidity, allowing the truck to handle uneven loads and pallet deformations more effectively. The 4.25 mm thick steel plate further boosts load capability while the fork opening distributes force evenly to resist deformation.

Fully Automatic Robotic Welding

Every main frame and fork joint undergoes fully automated CO₂ shielded arc welding with precision-controlled heat input. This process delivers consistent penetration depth and smooth surface transitions, reducing stress concentration points that commonly lead to metal fatigue in conventional assembled forks. The resulting welds are visually uniform and require no additional grinding, preserving the original material thickness while ensuring weld strength exceeds base metal tensile requirements.

Ergonomic Handle with Precision Control

The ergonomic handle integrates a butterfly‑style speed control switch that responds to natural finger pressure, enabling precise modulation of forward and reverse movement. The handle angle and grip surface are optimized for operators of varying heights, reducing wrist strain during prolonged use. A built-in dampening mechanism minimizes fatigue during frequent shuttling operations, while the tiller arm returns to vertical position automatically when released, engaging the electromagnetic parking brake.

Lithium-Ion Battery with Intelligent BMS

The lithium-ion battery pack incorporates a dedicated Battery Management System that monitors cell voltage, temperature, and state of charge in real time. The BMS actively balances cells during charging and prevents overcharge, deep discharge, and thermal runaway. The battery tray is designed for tool-free removal – disconnecting a single main cable allows the operator to lift the battery pack out within seconds. This feature supports three charging modes: direct charging on the truck, carrying the battery to a stationary charger, or using an external portable charger at any standard outlet.

Integrated Drive System

The drive wheel adopts an integrated design that combines the motor, reducer, and wheel body into a single compact unit, reducing installation space and improving overall system compactness and reliability. Equipped with a powerful AC motor, the drive system delivers consistent performance with smooth acceleration and deceleration, enabling effortless ramp climbing even under full load conditions. The integrated power unit motor ensures quiet, vibration-free operation while reducing energy consumption.

Operational Efficiency

With a 90 mm reinforced steel fork and seamless welding, the truck handles uneven loads and ramp starts without fork deflection. The butterfly‑type accelerator provides variable speed control from 0 to full speed with minimal finger movement, improving throughput in high-frequency picking and docking operations. The minimum turning radius of 1,353 mm allows operation in narrow warehouse aisles. For 1000 × 1200 mm pallets with 1000 mm across forks, the right-angle stacking aisle Ast is 1,718 mm; for 800 × 1200 mm pallets with 1200 mm across forks, Ast is 1,687 mm. The modular battery system reduces service time, and all electronic connectors are IP-rated against dust and moisture.
